The Latar Housing

This housing which located in Bekasi was designed by D4. Its brand—The Latar—originally came from Indonesian term: “Latar” which can be defined as the context that correlate closely to “the characters” of a story. The Latar designed as a pleasant, retreat-like residence for urban folks. In a very limited space, D4 programmed a housing to have living room that surrounded by gardens, blurring the vivid perimeter between outdoor activity and indoor activity in a precise dosage. It was definitely designed to spark a pleasant context for “the characters” who will live in it. Beside designing its masterplan and architecture, D4 also responsible to design branding and marketing tools for this housing.
